YPSILANTI SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA CELEBRATES A “HOLIDAY EXTRAVAGANZA” DECEMBER 15 WITH WORLD PREMIERE BY BROOKE PIERSON, THE WASHTENAW INTERNATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL ORCHESTRA, AND HOLIDAY FAVORITES 

CONDUCTED BY MUSIC DIRECTOR ADAM C. RICCINTO

Annual family holiday concert (starting at 3:30pm) features a world premiere, special guests, and holiday favorites—plus the second annual YSO Holiday Findraising Auction (starting at 2:00pm).

“The YSO can’t wait to celebrate the holiday season with our audience and musical guests,” said Music Director Adam C. Riccinto. “This concert offers the unique opportunity to hear the world premiere of the fantastic Symphony #3 by renowned composer Brooke Pierson. We are also excited to welcome the talented Washtenaw International High School Orchestra and share seasonal tunes to get you ready for the holidays. Come join the celebration!”

The orchestra will also hold its second annual Holiday Silent Auction featuring a variety a goods and services from local businesses during the concert, just in time for holiday shopping.
