In this workshop, you will learn:

• Stretches to help those muscles
• Massage techniques to apply to yourself or others to help your headaches!

Please bring: a yoga mat. Massage techniques will be administered on lying on yoga mats. Additional cushioning is available for optimal comfort during the workshop. Yoga mat rental is available for $1.
