Award-winning Chef Ji-Hye Kim of Miss Kim in Ann Arbor is teaming up with YMOW for another live cooking event.
Guests will be led step by step through the process of making an authentic Korean meal, which can be created using chicken, beef or tempeh. Each kit serves 2 people. All meals are gluten free, dairy free, nut free and non GMO. Meals do contain soy and sesame. Guests with allergies to these foods are encouraged to support Ypsilanti Meals on Wheels in another way.
Guests must pick up their complete meal kits between 3 and 6 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 26, at Miss Kim, 415 N. 5th Ave., Ann Arbor. The cooking demonstration will be held via Zoom at 7 p.m. A link to the demonstration will be emailed to all paid participants prior to the event.
NEW! Link-only option for out-of-town guests
A link-only option is now available for guests who live outside of the Ypsilanti area. Out-of-town guests will receive a link to the presentation and a shopping list along with cooking instructions to use during the event or at your convenience.
*PLEASE NOTE THIS OPTION IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO GUESTS LIVING OUTSIDE THE YPSILANTI AREA.
