Come experience the magic of our urban farm while enjoying a meal specially prepared for you on site. This three part dinner series features an artisan-prepared meal by notable regional chefs, delicious beer and wines, and show-stopping desserts.
Each evening is its own unique experience, crafted from beginning to end by the guest chefs' talents and tastes. The evening begins with an appetizer and cocktail hour, followed by a meal served in our hoophouse, and ends with a dazzling dessert.
September's first dinner features two very talented local chefs. Mike Murabito, and Andrew Stevick, of Loomi, will be wowing us with their collaboration. The menu will feature mediterranean flavors featuring locally sourced meat and vegetables as well as herbs grown on Growing Hope's Urban Farm. Dessert will be provided by the wonderful Kristin Wagle from The Lunch Room in Ann Arbor. Guests will also enjoy a selection of beer, wine and cocktails donated by Cultivate Coffee and Taphouse. Each course will have a cocktail carefully paired by Cultivate's resident cocktail guru, Ian.
