It's summertime, and we're celebrating in the best way we know how... beer and food!

For this beer tasting and food pairing, we've taken summer and created five pairing courses of beer and food to create the flavor of summer! Tickets are $45 and include a service fee of $3.00.

Course 1: Cucumber Lime Gose paired with Grilled Shrimp Ceviche: Red onion, brunoises tomatoes, citrus, cilantro, smoked paprika, served with tarro chips

Course 2: Festival Saison paired with Roasted Jalapeno and Cucumber Taco: mint, red bell peppers, cumin, balsamic pearls

Course 3: Mozacca IPA paired with Seared Pork Belly Steam Buns: pickled vegetables with poblano pepper glaze

Course 4: Euchre Pils paired with Pilsner Poached Salmon: chickpea tabbouleah, fried garlic, cucumber, with lemon honey vinaigrette

Course 5: Vintage Divette Sour Blonde Ale paired with Grilled Pineapple Upside Down Cake
